Our Warehouse
All of our stock, whether in stock or pre-order, is originally shipped from our Korean warehouse in Seongam-ro, Mapo-gu, Seoul. All shipments are processed as per our full terms of service.
Shipping Costs – EU/UK
All EU shipments are shipped on an FOB basis (European Union countries only). Shipping costs shown at checkout include charges to destination and origin charges wherever possible, in line with our full terms of service.

Delivery Time
Typical EU delivery:
- 3–5 working days for packing and prep
- 5–7 working days for customs clearance and final delivery

Delivery Notes
We work with top logistics partners including DHL, FedEx, GLS, Emirates, Lufthansa, and others. If you are not home at delivery, the courier may contact you or attempt redelivery.
We ask that you include a valid phone number with your order. Missed deliveries are your responsibility once in your country. We will do our best to assist with any issues.
Availability of Items
We aim to keep stock status accurate, but some products may be unavailable during peak periods. If we can’t reach you due to invalid contact details, your order may be delayed. We will always aim to offer solutions.
Non-EU Delivery & Customs
For shipments outside the EU, customs duties, admin fees, and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These are not covered by Baifumei and must be settled by the recipient with their local courier/customs.
