Product Request Time – Time incurred for interacting with several suppliers in several countries.
Price confirmation – Time incurred for obtaining prices, including out of hours and weekends
3d Mockups – Time incurred for communicating with designers and requesting designs
Product Run Begins – To start product runs we must pay a deposit to factories.

Therefore any change of mind after deposits are paid will be forfeited, since otherwise we will incur losses.
