What if restocking is delayed for my order items?

Our teams work hard to push and retrieve updates about restocking from our brand partners, and we always aim to fulfill the items you ordered as soon as possible.

If your items are no longer available and cannot be restocked, we will inform you promptly and cancel the items. Any amount owed from the cancelled items will be credited to your wholesale account once we have your confirmation to cancel.

Credits are made available for immediate use towards new orders and payments.
