The Customer has to pay the transfer fee while we only count the net amount we received. Please make sure to remind your bank to transfer us the net amount and add charges to your account.

Please note that should you pay by card on the site in a non-local currency, it is your responsibility to pay the fee. We try our best to avoid all fees on cards and so have set up the option for several methods to avoid fees (bank wire being the cheapest). Should you pay non-local method, it is the customer’s responsibility to bear this cost (e.g. invoice billed in USD but paid by EUR through a European bank card)

Please make sure to pay the correct currency to the correct bank account. Any charges incurred from sending another currency will be charged back and be due prior to delivery.
