Why is my refund less than the balance I had?

When you order from us and there is a balance left over, we always encourage to use against your next order. We even apply a discount increase incentive to give our customers maximum value for money.  For further details Contact Us.

However in the event you wish to have a full refund, there is a variety of things you need to understand must be taken into account.

Sometimes any of the following can happen;

  • We apply a discount to your order
  • We included samples we paid for for free (non returnable)
  • We reduce MOQs incurring costs ourselves
  • We incur other overall losses from shipping and/or products to win your business
  • Any cost incurred form the processing of your order (Usually shopify deduct 2.5% and card provider deduct 2.5%. If you pay and then this is refunded in the same method, we are charged twice. This will be deducted from the final refund.)

As we are sure you can understand, the above is costly for us and is done to encourage repeat custom and build relationships. If a customer is adamant at receiving a full refund, this refund will inevitably reduce due to one or more of the above.
