All EU shipments are shipped on a FOB basis (European Union country only). Shipping costs shown on checkout therefore include charges to destination and origin charges where possible as per our full terms of service

Delivery time

The normal delivery time (EU) for goods in stock is approx 3-5 working days to pack & prep and 5-7 days to land, custom clear and deliver to within Europe. Please note due to unforeseen shipping or environmental circumstances out of our control (not limited to but including cargo offloads, lack of cargo space, change of customs procedures within countries transiting through, political issues etc) this can often be longer. We work with various logistics partners and airlines (including Emirates, Etihad, Lufthansa, GLS, SDA, Fedex, DHL etc). When shipping of your package, we select the Partner that brings the package to the fastest and safest to you.

Should you not be home at the time of delivery, our forwarder or partner may try to reach you over the telephone. Therefore, we ask that you place your order with your telephone number. Alternatively, you can also have the package left with a neighbour or attempted on the next available day. Please note once the delivery is in the country and address region, should you not be home, it is your responsibility to work closely with the courier (usually DHL) to ensure it is delivered in a timely manner. We will always do the upmost best to assist in any situation that should arise as a result of you not being home, providing incorrect details or advising an address is a business address when in fact residential. 
If customers refuse a package due to customs issues, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused package.

Availability of items

In General, all of our items labelled as in stock (not showing the pre-order tab) are in stock and available to order. However there may be times, especially during peak seasons, where without information, items are out of stock or delayed on a certain day or an indefinite period of time. We will always do our upmost to notify you immediately of the products unavailability and offer solutions to your order. This will be reliant on you leaving a phone number and email address that is reachable. In the event you are unreachable your order may be delayed until we hear from you. Delivery outside the EU

The Following you will find a list of deliverable countries outside the EU. The shipping costs vary from country to country and will be shown in your order prior to the time of purchase, If your country is on the list below, our shipping charges are likely not correct and only as far as Europe. Please contact us directly if you wish to any of the below;

In addition to customs fees, customers may also incur other charges, such as administration or brokerage fees. These are handling charges incurred due to customs processing and clearance of your shipment. Customers are required to pay the relevant courier service upon delivery of the shipment.
